Introduction

A way of experiencing gastronomy like never seen before:

Our proposal includes a selection of music, cocktails, and appetizers, combined with the presence of speakers related to the culinary industry.We offer a symphony, where each element harmoniously combines to captivate all the senses.

The idea was to create an atmosphere of fun and culture for university members. Through Culinary Nights, we will transport guests to a gastronomic reality where they will enjoy the live experience alongside the speaker. All of this will be designed as a modern art exhibition due to the variety of different trends, which is why we are focused on hosting these gatherings at the museum. On the other hand, we have decided to develop this project to offer students entertainment. Entertainment from a perspective never before seen within the walls of a University.

Our working approach

Ideation

We conceptualize the event by establishing the foundation for a unique, tailor-made experience. From selecting the ambiance, music, and cuisine to curating the style of presentations, we ensure every detail is crafted to create an unforgettable event perfectly suited to the customer needs.

Experimentation

Once the foundation is set, our food team carefully designs the dishes and selects the ideal drinks to perfectly match the atmosphere, creating a harmonious and unforgettable experience.

Implementation

We execute the entire event from start to finish, handling everything from setup, catering, and presentation delivery to explaining the appetizers, managing the music, and overseeing teardown. We take care of every detail, so you don’t need to hire any additional work—we’ve got it all covered.

We partnered with the University of Navarre to introduce students a new, creative way of experiencing entertainment and fine cuisine. Set in a premium leisure environment that cultivates meaningful connections among students. This is also where we create and develop new ideas for different events, ensuring that each experience is as innovative as it is unforgettable.

We partnered with the Univeristy of Navarre’s Museum to offer their patrons and selected guests a unique private culinary experience. This event combined art and gastronomy in a private, intimate setting. It aimed to deepen guests’ connection to the museum’s artistic heritage while indulging their senses with the finest culinary artistry.

We partnered with Talentum Program to provide its members with an exceptional networking experience. Through this series of events, attendees can connect meaningfully with industry leaders, peers, and mentors. The experience is designed to not only foster professional growth but also to cultivate lasting relationships, all within an exclusive setting that encourages open dialogue, creativity, and the exchange of innovative ideas.

We collaborated with Cámara de Comercio of Navarra to deliver an exclusive private catering experience for its board of directors. This bespoke event was designed to create a refined and intimate setting, fostering meaningful connections among attendees. It provided an opportunity for open dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of innovative ideas, all while enjoying a carefully curated culinary experience tailored to their needs.
