Photos and videos taken during the event may be used and shared on social media, websites, and other third-party platforms associated with Culinary Nights. This includes, but is not limited to, posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, as well as promotional and advertising materials for future editions of events.

Additionally, such photos and videos may be offered for sale to third parties through our website or other commercial platforms linked to Culinary Nights. These sales will be carried out in compliance with image rights and data protection regulations, ensuring appropriate and professional use of the material.

3. Confidentiality and Right to Image:

We guarantee that photos and videos captured will be handled with the utmost respect and privacy, in accordance with data protection regulations. Similarly, individuals participating in the event may request the removal of specific images by directly contacting the event organizers.

4. Consent and Revocation:

The consent granted is voluntary. If any attendee does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they may inform the organizers at the start of the event or notify the photography staff to be excluded from the shots. 5. Client Responsibility:
