Our first private event, Culinary Nights & Talentum, was created in partnership with the Talentum Program to offer its members an exclusive networking experience. The event provided a unique opportunity for attendees to connect with industry leaders, peers, and mentors, fostering professional growth and inspiring meaningful conversations in a creative and intimate setting.
The evening featured a carefully curated menu, beginning with VI-VE 2022, a Tempranillo and Viura wine known for its smooth balance and fruity notes, perfectly complementing the flavors of the dishes. Guests enjoyed Black Rice with Squid Ink, served alongside a refreshing Guacamole Ice Cream crafted by MAXIMUM Helados, offering a surprising fusion of textures and flavors. The meal was paired with a Gimlet cocktail, blending gin and mango juice for a vibrant, tropical twist that harmonized beautifully with the bold flavors of the menu.
