Culinary Nights V featured the Pamplona-based jewelry brand HEBE, providing its founders with a unique platform to present their brand, share its origins, and narrate the story behind their creations. This special edition of the event aimed to celebrate craftsmanship and elegance, reflected not only in the showcased jewelry but also in the culinary offerings of the evening.
The menu began with Lagar de Brais 2023, a Treixadura wine originating from Galicia, known for its fresh, aromatic profile and vibrant acidity. This paired beautifully with Bacalhau Delícia del Punto, a toasted brioche topped with cod brandade and delicate fish roe. The second course featured Salmon Carpaccio with a silky coconut cream and mango alginate pearls, evoking the brilliance of jewels. This dish was marinated to perfection and served alongside a White Lady cocktail, a harmonious blend of gin and lime juice that brought out the tropical undertones of the carpaccio. The menu was thoughtfully curated to reflect the jewelry, using textures, flavors, and presentation to draw parallels between culinary and artistic mastery.
