For our eleventh edition, we are pleased to welcome José María Fraile and Alicia Eyaralar, founders and winemakers of Bodega Tandem.

The evening will center around a guided wine-tasting masterclass, where our guests will share their winemaking philosophy, explain the processes they apply in their cellar, and lead us through a tasting of Casual, one of their most emblematic wines.

To accompany the experience, we will serve Casual, a balanced and expressive wine from Bodega Tandem, along with a refined Gimlet. This version combines white vermouth and gin, whose botanical profile structures the drink, with mango juice, shaken with ice and strained into a chilled glass. The result is a bright, citrus-forward cocktail with subtle fruit notes, perfectly suited to the atmosphere of the night.
